The smaller days are worth a real room too
A shower or a graduation party usually ends up in a function room with a low ceiling and a car park view. This is the same stone hearth, the same grounds and the same setup included — at a scale that suits forty people rather than three hundred.

What we host
If it is a gathering of twenty to a hundred and fifty people and it matters to somebody, it belongs here. This is not an exhaustive list — if yours is not on it, ask.
Not an exhaustive list. If what you are planning is not on it, ask — the room does not mind what the occasion is.

What it costs
Smaller and corporate bookings are quoted by the room, the day and the hours rather than from a fixed list — a Tuesday afternoon for forty and a December Saturday for three hundred are not the same booking. Tell us the date and the headcount and you will have a figure back the same day. Our wedding rates are published in full if you want a sense of the scale.
Ask for a figureWeekdays and Sundays are the value here
A shower does not need a Saturday. Weekday and Sunday daytime slots are the most open part of our calendar, the easiest to hold at short notice, and the least expensive way to use the room.

Asked before every booking
Do you host baby showers and graduation parties?
Yes. Baby and bridal showers, graduation parties, milestone birthdays, engagement and anniversary parties, retirement parties, family reunions and celebrations of life all use the Stone Hall, typically for twenty to a hundred and fifty guests.
What is included for a smaller event?
Tables and chairs for your count, the room set before you arrive, on-site parking for every guest, wheelchair access throughout and WiFi. The grounds are open to your guests.
Can we bring our own food?
Outside vendors are welcome. Alcohol is the one exception — it is served through our in-house bar, because the licence and the liability sit with us rather than with you.
What is the cheapest way to hold a party here?
A weekday or Sunday daytime slot. They are the most open part of the calendar and the easiest to book at short notice.
