The questions we get on every tour

If yours is not here, call. Two minutes on the phone settles most things faster than a form.

How many guests can you actually seat?

Three hundred seated for dinner in the Stone Hall with the dance floor still open. The chapel seats 225; the outdoor ceremony patio holds 250. If your list runs past 300, tell us early — there are layout options, but they change the room.

Can we get married outside?

Yes. The chapel has an outdoor site as well as the indoor sanctuary, and both are held for your date. You decide on the morning of your wedding rather than months in advance, and nobody moves chairs in the rain.

What does the venue fee include?

Exclusive use of the space for your date, tables and chairs, setup, the bridal suite with its hair and makeup room, on-site parking, WiFi, and your on-site planner with day-of coordination. Bar service and rentals are quoted separately.

Is there a cheaper time of year?

December through March is off-peak, and the Stone Hall site fee drops from $5,000 to $4,000. The stone fireplace is doing its best work in those months, for what that is worth.

Do we have to use your bar?

Alcohol is served through our in-house bar — bartenders, house and premium packages, and a champagne toast, from $20 per guest. It keeps the licensing and the liability with us instead of with you.

Is the property accessible?

Yes — wheelchair access throughout, and parking on site for the full guest count. Tell us about any specific needs at your tour and we will walk the route with you.

How far out should we book?

Peak Saturdays are claimed earliest. Fridays, Sundays and off-peak dates stay open far longer. Send us your date and we will tell you plainly whether it is still there.

Fit

Whether we are the right room for you

We would rather lose an inquiry here than lose your Saturday to a tour that was never going to work. Both columns are honest.

Likely a good fit

  • A list anywhere from about eighty to three hundred — the top of that range is rare around here
  • Vows, dinner and dancing all in one place
  • Tables, chairs and the room set before you arrive
  • A rain plan decided on the morning, not eight months out
  • Wanting to see a number before you meet a salesperson

Worth knowing first

  • Alcohol is served through our in-house bar — no outside liquor
  • The hall seats three hundred; past that the room has to change shape
  • Ceremony and reception sit on two parcels a few minutes apart
  • We are in the country — your guests will drive, and they will park free
  • Exclusive use means one wedding a day, which is why dates go early

None of this is a test. If you are unsure which column you are in, call — two minutes on the phone settles it faster than a form.
