Exclusive use is the default here, not an upgrade. One wedding a day means the property is yours from the time the suite opens until the last song, and it is the reason peak Saturdays go early.
We do the things that are ours to do: the room is set before you arrive, the tables and chairs are there for your full count, the bar is ours along with its licence and its liability, and the turn at the end of the night is our problem rather than your family's.
We are deliberately not a full wedding planner. An on-site planner and day-of coordination come with the fee and cover the building and the running of the day — if you want somebody managing your vendors from twelve months out, hire a planner, and we will work with them gladly. The difference is worth understanding before you book anything.
Why the rates are published
Most venues hold their pricing back until you have driven out. We would rather you knew from your kitchen table — it saves you an email and saves us a tour that was never going to work. Every figure is on the rates page, and the estimator will price your own date against them.
What we are still working on
Better photography, chiefly. The pictures on this site do not do the property justice, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Come and look at it instead.
