Company evenings, without the ballroom
Three hundred seated, parking on site for all of them, WiFi throughout, and a room that does not look like every hotel function suite in the county.

What we host
The things that decide a corporate booking are unglamorous — capacity, parking, connectivity and one contact who answers. All four work the same way here as they do for a wedding.
Not an exhaustive list. If what you are planning is not on it, ask — the room does not mind what the occasion is.

What it costs
Smaller and corporate bookings are quoted by the room, the day and the hours rather than from a fixed list — a Tuesday afternoon for forty and a December Saturday for three hundred are not the same booking. Tell us the date and the headcount and you will have a figure back the same day. Our wedding rates are published in full if you want a sense of the scale.
Ask for a figureHoliday parties book into our off-season
December through March is our off-peak, which is exactly when most companies want a room. It is the one part of the calendar where a date for three hundred people is usually still available at short notice.
Ask what is openAnswers
Asked before every booking
Do you host corporate events?
Yes — holiday parties, company dinners, award nights, away-days, training days, board retreats, client evenings, product launches, conferences, fundraisers and staff socials. The hall seats three hundred.
Is a December date available for a holiday party?
December through March is our off-peak season, so large dates there are usually still open when the same room would be long gone in summer.
Is there WiFi and parking?
WiFi throughout, and on-site parking for the full guest count — no shuttle and no overflow lot.
Can you invoice a company?
Yes. Ask when you enquire and we will set the booking up that way.
