Most away-days are held in a room that looks exactly like the room people left, which defeats the object. The measurable difference here is that you can put people outside at lunch and after, and that changes an afternoon session more than any agenda does.
Weekdays are the most open part of our calendar, which makes an away-day one of the easiest things to book here at short notice.
What works
Fifteen to sixty people, half day or full day, with the hall laid out for the format you need — rounds for group work, a single block for a workshop, or cleared for something more active. WiFi runs throughout and parking is on site for everybody.
Catering is open to your own supplier. Presentation kit is the one thing to confirm rather than assume — ask and we will tell you what we have.
