A signed agreement and deposit take your date off the calendar. Dates go first-come, and peak Saturdays go earliest.

Layout, timeline, bar package and rentals with your on-site planner — the same contact from tour through wedding day.

We set the room, run the day, and handle the turn. Your job is the aisle.

How do we request a tour?
Use the form on this page or call (330) 809-0707. Offer up to three times that suit you and we will confirm one of them by email — it is a request rather than a confirmed booking, and nothing is held until we reply. Tours run seven days a week by appointment and take about an hour.
Will you tell us if our date is available before we visit?
Yes. Tell us the date you are holding and we will come back with whether it is open and what it costs before you make the drive out.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak Saturdays, April through November, are claimed earliest — frequently eighteen months out. Fridays, Sundays and off-peak dates stay open far longer.
Do we have to pay to hold a date?
A signed agreement and a deposit take the date off the calendar. Dates are first-come, and a tour request holds nothing — it is a request for a visit, not a reservation.
