The film
Two minutes on the property — the lane, the hall with its doors open, and some of the couples who have already had their day here.
The rooms
Most couples use both — vows in the chapel, dinner and dancing in the barn, and the walk between them lit by pine. Either stands beautifully on its own if you would rather keep the whole day in one place.
The reception
A working red barn built for a long, happy night. The doors slide open onto a vaulted ceiling, a full stone fireplace at one end, and a saloon bar made by hand from tin and old barn beams. Three hundred can sit down to dinner here and still leave the floor open for dancing.
Also lovely for rehearsal dinners, showers, anniversaries and corporate evenings.
The ceremony
Wood the whole way up, chandeliers hung low, and seating for two hundred twenty-five. There is an outdoor site here as well — a concrete patio ringed with landscaping that holds two hundred fifty — so the weather decides on the morning of, not eight months out.
